Shipping for mywellness horizon Products

  • Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $39 or more.
  • Standard shipping delivers within 3-5 business days (often sooner).
  • We ship throughout the continental United States (48 states), excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and international destinations.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Amazon Lockers.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable if you decide to return your order.

Return/Exchange Policy for mywellness horizon Products

Return Eligibility

  • Purchases must be made directly from mywellness horizon.
  • All returns must be initiated within the product's warranty period.
  • To consider a refund request, an issue must be verified with our product experts via photos or videos.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers may need to cover the cost of the return shipping label.
  • All purchases have a 30-day return window. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. mywellness horizon can provide a return label, but the cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds and exchanges are only processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If a return is not shipped within 30 days after the return request has been approved, the return will be considered delinquent, and a refund will not be processed.
  • Returns must be authorized by our support team to be eligible.
  • Any issues with products must be reported within 30 days of purchase. If any defects or damages at arrival are not reported within the first 30 days, the above warranties will not apply.
  • Items not returned in their original packaging and condition will not be eligible for a refund.
  • For health and safety reasons, products that may come into contact with bodily fluids cannot be returned or refunded once opened. These products include, but are not limited to, bathroom safety items, braces, mattresses, pads, and cushions. Items in these categories will undergo a formal review process before they may be deemed returnable. This policy ensures the health and safety of our employees—thank you for your understanding.

Cancellations for mywellness horizon Products

  • We aim to process orders quickly. We are happy to cancel your order if your shipment has not yet been processed.
  • To cancel, please contact our customer support ASAP. All cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • If an order has been processed, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

Credits

  • Once your return is verified, mywellness horizon will issue a credit to the card used for the purchase. It may take up to 4 weeks for your card to be credited by the issuer. Purchases made by check or money order will be refunded by check within 30 days.

Note: If your item was defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at 1-866-657-7192, and we will arrange for the item to be replaced or repaired.
